Chief Tiderington has been retained as an expert witness or case consultant in over one hundred (150) cases throughout the United States. 100 Million Dollar Jury Verdict - Chief Tiderington has also participated in and reviewed cases that reflect misconduct on the part of law enforcement, as example, in 2018, Jerry Blasingame, a 65-year-old man who was panhandling on the side of an Atlanta highway suffered a severe injury after being shot with a TASER by the Atlanta Police Department.  Chief Tiderington was retained by Plaintiff’s counsel to evaluate and assess the actions and use of force by the Atlanta Police Officer.   His findings and opinions reflected that the officer’s actions were a departure from acceptable police practices and standards.

Scott J. Hilden is a highly experienced law enforcement professional with over 32 years of service, including 23 years in supervisory and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Public Safety and Chief of Police for a community of 33,000 residents, he has extensive expertise in police training, use of force, internal investigations, emergency vehicle operations, and school policing.
